All users must use 99 Exchange fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated system to place bets or harvest data.

5. Betting Rules and Settlement

• Matched bets are binding. Once your back or lay bet is matched with a counterparty, it cannot be cancelled or altered except through the standard cash-out / trade-out function where available.
• Unmatched bets may be cancelled. Bets that have not yet been matched may be cancelled by you at any time before matching.

• Commission. A commission (typically 2–5%) is charged on the net winnings of profitable exchange bets. Commission rates may vary by market and are displayed before you confirm a bet.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Any bonus or promotion offered by 99 Exchange — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, referral rewards, event-based campaigns, and loyalty rewards — is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Change, suspend, or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.

Upon suspension or closure, pending unmatched bets will be cancelled and returned. Matched bets will stand and be settled normally. Withdrawal of remaining wallet balance is subject to verification and to any outstanding investigation. You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support.
