Every bet you place on 99Exch — sports exchange or casino — is recorded automatically in your account's Bet History section. Reviewing it regularly helps you track wins and losses, manage your bankroll, verify settled results, and sharpen future strategy.
This guide shows you exactly where to find your history, how to filter it, what each status label means, and how to use it on mobile.
Bet History lives inside your logged-in account dashboard — one section holding both active (running) and settled (completed) bets across sports and casino. The four steps below take you from login to a fully filtered view.
Visit the official website, enter your Client ID and password on the login page, and complete any captcha. You land on your dashboard where wallet, open bets, and account tools live. Locked out? See the login problem guide.
From the dashboard menu, open your account area and select Bet History (sometimes labelled My Bets or History). The default view shows recent activity — active bets at the top, settled results below — with match, stake, odds, and outcome per row.
Narrow the list with the built-in filters: Sports vs Casino section, a custom date range (start/end dates), and specific sports or games. Filters let you audit a single IPL week, a casino session, or a full month — daily, weekly, or monthly views in seconds.
Each row shows the event, your back/lay position, odds taken, stake, and a status label (Active, Won, Lost, Void). Cross-check settled results against official match outcomes — and query anything unexpected with support while the event is fresh.
Every entry carries one status. Here is what each means and what to do about it:
| Status | Meaning | Your Action |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Event still running; outcome undecided | Monitor or trade out where available |
| Won | Settled in your favour; winnings credited minus commission | Verify credit in wallet history |
| Lost | Settled against you; stake forfeited | Review for strategy lessons; keep within limits |
| Void | Cancelled (abandoned event, palpable error); stake returned | Confirm stake refund in wallet |
| Pending | Awaiting settlement or review | Wait for settlement; query support if stuck over 24h |
Both live in the same section — but each shows details suited to its game type.
For cricket, football, tennis and more, rows show match name, back/lay side, odds, stake, and result. Session and ball-by-ball entries appear individually — ideal for reviewing which markets and odds ranges treat you best. New to the exchange model? Read the Betting Exchange ID guide first.
Every live casino round — Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, blackjack, roulette, slots — is logged automatically with game name, bet amount, and final result in real time. Filter by game to spot which tables suit your style and which drain the balance fastest.
The app shows the same detailed records as the website:
Informed players make better decisions — checking history is the simplest edge available.

Refresh the section first — new entries can take a minute to appear, and stale cache sometimes hides them (clear cache or check in an incognito window). If the stake also left your wallet with no record after several minutes, message support with the event, time, amount, and a screenshot — unmatched or interrupted placements need manual review.
The dashboard's date filter covers recent activity for daily, weekly, and monthly review. For older records beyond the filter range, contact support with your Client ID and the approximate period — transaction archives are retained for audit purposes and can be retrieved on request.
Void means the bet was cancelled — typically an abandoned event or a palpable odds error — and your full stake is returned to the wallet. Check wallet history for the refund entry; if it is missing, raise it with support citing the exact event and bet time.
There is no self-serve export button in the standard dashboard view — records are browsed and filtered on screen. If you need a consolidated statement (for personal accounting or a dispute), request one through the contact page with your Client ID and the date range required.
